Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Council AI is a product of Kratoscode. By creating an account or using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Council AI does

Council AI sends your question to several AI models, which answer independently, review each other anonymously, and are synthesized into a final answer by a Chairman model. Output is generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Not professional advice

Nothing produced by Council AI is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Agreement between models is not proof of correctness — models can share the same blind spots. Always verify important claims independently and consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is offered at no cost. Premium is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Razorpay (₹899/month in India; $9/month elsewhere where available). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts you submit and the answers you receive. We store your sessions so you can revisit them, and we process your prompts through third-party AI providers in order to deliver the service.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kratoscode is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
